Renters must be at least 21 years old and be covered by a full coverage insurance policy that protects the entire value of the vehicle in case of a total loss. The policy must be valid until the end of the rental period and can be either the renter's own policy or another policy that includes the renter as a covered driver. If you do not have such coverage or lack an auto insurance policy, we can assist you in upgrading or acquiring a valid policy that lasts only during your rental period. All insurance policies and details will be verified by us prior to your rental.
A deposit ranging from $750 to $1,500, depending on the vehicle, is required to reserve a vehicle. The deposit is fully refundable if the vehicle is returned on time and in the same condition as when it was picked up.
Renters are responsible for all tickets, tolls, or penalties incurred while using an Exoticus vehicle. While the rental contract is typically provided digitally, please ensure you have access to it during your rental period. If you are pulled over and authorities require verification, you can present the digital contract or contact us directly for assistance if necessary.
Smoking in our vehicles is prohibited. A $500 fine will be deducted from your deposit if smoking occurs. We maintain a rotating inventory and often rent cars back-to-back, so please respect our no-smoking policy.
